Henry’s Dino-Four Birthday Party

Henry originally requested a Paw Patrol birthday, but since Leo had just done this I asked again and got: dinosaurs. Okay, sure! Four-year-olds gonna four-year-old. But don’t worry— we can make anything cute. (Plus I always love getting to letter a little something when I can’t quite find the right font!)

All Barnett Crafted touches

I tried to aim for a plethora of little touches and details that stayed consistent with colors, fonts, and graphics throughout the party to tie everything together. We had:

  • A large canvas banner over the front door

  • Yard signs for each play station

  • Garden sign for the mailbox

  • Table tents to label the food

  • Koozies

  • Napkins

  • Window decal for our big picture window

  • 6 ft. coloring sheet for the arts & crafts station

  • Water pouches for each kid

  • A hand painted kraft paper banner above the food table

  • …some die cut dinosaurs, because I’m a just a girl who got the idea in her head and simply NEEDED to have big versions of the dinos from the invitation. I learned a lot about cutting & painting insulation foam, I’ll tell you that much!!! (These hang in Henry’s playroom now though, so all that effort feels validated)

Much of this, of course, came down to all the dinosaur puns. Tricera-pops not pictured, because the kids snatched the cake pops up in .5 seconds and I never got a pic!!!

Photos below of all the things, plus a few on film because it’s fun and nostalgic :)

If you’re interested in working with us, give us a shout — we’d love to get to know you!
