Baby is Brewing: Coffee-Themed Baby Shower

Reagan is an art designer herself, so the pressure was on for this one! She gave us a mood board to start with, knowing that we wanted it to be coffee-adjacent. Her mom (who hosted) wanted to go with “baby is brewing”—but coffee instead of the traditional beer that we’ve seen before. Love! They hired a coffee cart that made lattes onsite which was the perfect accompaniment to all of our paper and party goods.

All Barnett Crafted touches

We always aim for a plethora of little touches and details that stay consistent with colors, fonts, and graphics throughout the party to tie everything together. For this one, we created:

A large foam board welcome sign on an easel at the front door
Smaller signage on the food table, coffee cart, and by the cards & gifts table
Napkins
Hot coffee cups
Stickers for the iced coffee cups
Advice cards

The food was amazing, and from a local spot that the hosts knew, which made it even better. The coffee cart usually posts a menu of their own, but we customized it to match our branding instead. Obviously the coffee cups had to match as well, but my favorite detail was the advice cards. This is a common thing we see at baby showers, but we customized this one to fit the personality of the mom-to-be (who is obviously a coffee fiend, but also a musician!) for an extra special touch. I requested she make a playlist of all the song suggestions to share out with everyone!
